Amina is a Cairo-raised, Berlin-based multidisciplinary artist, curator, and social researcher whose work explores the intersections of craft, memory, and collective resistance. Her practice centers around Tatreez, the traditional Palestinian embroidery technique, which she approaches as both an ancestral craft and a contemporary tool for storytelling, care, and cultural resilience. Through her workshop, Amina invites participants to learn the technical foundations of Tatreez while reflecting on the deeper political and emotional meanings stitched into its patterns.
This workshop is part of the Key of Return Event Series to raise funds for Gaza, and all proceeds will be donated.
